Terminating the Speaker Add function

To terminate the Speaker Add function, follow the procedure below.

  1. Press the ADD (Speaker Add) button inside the cap on the rear side of the speaker.

Hint

  • If a portable audio device, etc. is connected to the AUDIO IN jack, the speaker automatically switches to AUDIO IN mode, and the Speaker Add function is terminated.

  • The Speaker Add function will not be terminated even if the speaker is turned off. When the speaker is turned on, the speaker will try to establish the Speaker Add function with the other speaker that had been connected. If you want to use the Speaker Add function again, turn on the other speaker within 1 minute.

  • If you want to use the speaker that had been used as one of the speakers of the Speaker Add function by itself, press the(power)/PAIRING button to turn on the speaker, then press the ADD (Speaker Add) button to terminate the Speaker Add function.

  • To terminate the Speaker Add function while using 2 speakers, press the ADD (Speaker Add) button. A beep is heard, and then the Speaker Add function is terminated.

Note

  • Be sure to close the cap completely after using the ADD (Speaker Add) button.
