Unable to pair the transmitter with a BLUETOOTH device

  • Bring the BLUETOOTH headphones within a distance of 1 m (3.2 ft) from the transmitter.

  • Make sure that the transmitter and the headphones are turned on and in pairing mode.

  • When the indicator on the transmitter is not double flashing in blue, press and hold the(BLUETOOTH) button for about 5 seconds.

    This makes the indicator start double flashing (pairing mode).
