Turning the Bluetooth function on/off
When connecting a smartphone that has already been paired, turn on the Bluetooth function for the device and your smartphone.
- Turn on the device.
- Press and hold the button (
) on the right (
) side of the headphones for 2 seconds to turn the Bluetooth function on.
Voice guidance will indicate “Bluetooth ON,” and the LED (
) on the right () side of the headphones will blink blue twice.To turn off the Bluetooth function, press the button (
) again for 2 seconds. Voice guidance will indicate “Bluetooth OFF,” and the LED () will shine blue for about 2 seconds and then turn off.
Hint
- Whether the Bluetooth function is turned on or off when the device is turned off, that status will be remembered when the device is turned back on. At the time of purchase, the Bluetooth function is turned on.
- If you have an NFC-compatible smartphone, you can turn on the device and make a Bluetooth connection via One Touch.
- To reduce battery consumption, turn off the Bluetooth function when your device is not connected to a smartphone.
Note
- The Bluetooth communications antenna is built into the device. When connected to a smartphone, covering the antenna (
) on the right () side of the headphones with your hand, etc. can adversely affect communication quality.
