You cannot play the music transferred to your device.
- While training to music that is linked to your heart rate, music that was automatically sorted by exercise intensity is played. While activated, music that is not included in the level of exercise intensity is not played.
- It may be necessary to acquire the meta data of songs that do not contain BPM information. To acquire the meta data, select “Retrieve song information” from the Device information screen of the “B-Trainer” app.
- If the remaining battery power is low or insufficient, charge the battery. If charging does not solve the problem, reset the device.
- The data hierarchy levels of the music transferred by drag-and-drop may not be correct. Transfer them to the appropriate folder and hierarchy.
- Transferred songs are not in a playable format. See “Supported formats” for details.
- When you transfer songs by drag-and-drop, place them in the “MUSIC” folder of the device.
- The transferred content may be damaged. When you transfer content, make sure that no other tasks are running on your computer until transferring is completed. Otherwise, the contents may be damaged. Delete the unplayable contents from the device and transfer it again. If the content still does not play, format the device, and then transfer it again.
- If you change the file names or location of the music that was transferred from your computer to your device, the music may not be recognized by the device. Return it to the correct name and location.
- If you have initialized (formatted) the device using Windows Explorer or the Mac Finder, format it again using the device.
