Functions of the remote control buttons

The included remote control, as well as the arrangement of the buttons and the button names, vary depending on your model/country/region.

Built-in microphone MIC

Power button (TV standby)
Turn on or turn off the TV (standby mode).
Number Button
Dot button Use with the 0-9 buttons to select digital channels.
Text button (Text)
Display text information.
Google Play
Access the “Google Play” online service. For details, refer to the Installing apps from the Google Play Store page.
NETFLIX (Only on limited region/country/TV model)
Access the “Netflix” online service.
Colour buttons
Execute corresponding function at that time.
GUIDE
Display the digital programme guide. For details, refer to the Using the programme guide page.
Microphone button (Microphone)
Use Voice Search. (e.g., Search various content by voice.) For details, refer to the Using the remote control microphone page.
APPS
Access various services and applications.
Input select button (Input select)
Display and select the input source. For details, refer to the Selecting inputs page.
(Quick Settings)
Display Quick Settings. For details, refer to the Using the Quick Settings page.
Up arrow button (Up) / Down arrow button (Down) / Left arrow button (Left) / Right arrow button (Right) / Enter button (Enter) (Navigation D-Pad)
On screen menu navigation and selection.
BACK
Return to the previous screen.
TV
Switch to a TV channel or input. For details, refer to the Selecting inputs page.
HOME
Display the TV Home Menu. For details, refer to the Home menu page.
Volume plus/minus button +/− (Volume)
Adjust the volume.
Jump button (Jump)
Jump back and forth between two channels. The TV alternates between the current channel and the last channel that was selected.
Mute button (Mute)
Mute the sound. Press again to restore the sound.
CH +/− (Channel)
In TV mode: Select the channel.
In Text mode: Select the Next page button (Next) or Previous page button (Previous) page.
AUDIO
Select the sound of multilingual source or dual sound for the programme currently being viewed (depend on programme source). The accessibility shortcut service can be turned on or off by pressing and holding this button.
Subtitle button (Subtitle setting)
Turn subtitles on or off for broadcast and supported apps (when the feature is available).
HELP
Display the Help menu. Help Guide can be accessed from here.
Fast rewind button (Fast rewind) / Play button (Play) / Fast forward button (Fast forward) / Pause button (Pause)
Operate media contents on the TV and connected CEC-compatible device.
EXIT
Return to the previous screen or exit from the menu. When an Interactive Application service is available, press to exit from the service.
Info button (Info/Text reveal)
Display information.
