The connected HDMI device cannot be played.
- Check the supported file formats for the connected HDMI device.
- HDMI devices formatted with file systems other than 480p, 576p, or 720p are unsupported.
- If [Video signal not detected] appears on the display, set the resolution of the HDMI device to match the resolution of the unit.
- Check that the HDMI cable is firmly inserted to the unit. It is also recommended to use a certified HDMI cable.
- Disconnect the BLUETOOTH connection, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto from your iPhone or Android phone that uses an HDMI connection.
