This unit does not supply power to other devices.

  • Make sure that the USB cable is connected correctly.
  • Use this unit within the operating temperature range (0 °C to 35 °C (32 °F to 95 °F)).
  • The remaining battery charge of this unit may be low.

    Charge this unit.

  • The device to be supplied power is not ready for charging.

    For details on how to charge the device, refer to its instruction manual.

  • You may be attempting to supply power while charging this unit. This unit cannot supply power to other devices while charging.

    Disconnect the USB cable from the USB microB port (for charging) before supplying power.

  • The maximum output current of the USB port of this unit is 1.5 A. If the supply output current exceeds 1.5 A, the power is stopped for safety.

    Before supplying power to another device, be sure to check the voltage and current ratings of the device.

  • If battery life is considerably short, even when the battery is fully charged, the battery may have reached the end of its service life. (The lifespan of the battery varies depending on usage conditions.)

    Sony does not provide a service to replace an old battery with a new one.

  • If any error occurred in a device to which the power is fed, this unit stops feeding power and the power feeding indicator lamp blinks red. In that case, disconnect the device immediately and contact the dealer of the device.

  • Correct operation is not guaranteed if a USB hub or USB extension cable is used.
