Connecting to a wireless LAN in guest mode (Mac)
In guest mode, you can access only folders permitted by the owner.
To allow access by guests, the owner must set access permission. See Changing the settings of this unit from your computer via a browser (Access control).
- Turn on this unit.
Wait until the
(Wireless LAN indicator) lamp starts blinking green. - Click
on the menu bar in the upper right of the computer screen. - Select "Guest-WG-C20-xxxxxx*" from the list.
* "xxxxxx" of "Guest-WG-C20-xxxxxx" stands for the last 6 digits of the MAC address. For details on the MAC address, see "Parts and controls."
If you are asked for a password, enter the password the owner has set in Changing the settings of this unit from your computer via a browser (Access control) or Setting folder access restriction.
Click
on the menu bar in the upper right of the computer screen. When a check mark is displayed next to "Guest-WG-C20-xxxxxx," connection is established.
