Unable to turn on the speaker or the speaker suddenly turns off

  • The rechargeable built-in battery may be empty or running low. Connect the speaker to an AC outlet with the supplied AC power cord (mains lead) for battery charging.

  • The Auto Standby function may have been activated. Deactivate the Auto Standby function.

  • Acoustic feedback created while the microphone was in use may have triggered the product protection feature. Wait a while and then turn the speaker back on.
