Video and audio are not synchronized; or audio sounds duplicated

  • Make sure that your TV is updated with the latest software.

  • Adjust synchronization between the TV audio and the speaker audio with “Sony | Music Center.”
    1. Tap [Music Center] on your smartphone, etc. to start up the application.
    2. Tap [SRS-XV800].
    3. Tap [Settings] - [Sound] - [Adjust synchronization with TV audio], and then select the optimal delay adjustment time length.

  • Refer to the instruction manual supplied with your TV to find out if the TV has the delay setting function. If it does, adjust the setting value to the adequate one.

  • Audio effects of the TV Sound Booster function may be affected by the placement of the speaker and TV. If audio sounds duplicated, move the speaker as close as possible to the TV.

  • Adjust the sound volume of the speaker with “Sony | Music Center.”

  • As the amount of audio delay caused by the TV Sound Booster function depends on the performance of TVs, it is not guaranteed that the TV Sound Booster function works for every TV.
