There is no sound.
- Check that the volume level is not set to the minimum (muted).
- If you are playing music from a smartphone via a Bluetooth connection, check that the volume of the smartphone is not muted.
- If you cannot hear sound from your smartphone, a Bluetooth connection may not have been made. Check that the pairing for making a Bluetooth connection is completed and the smartphone is connected to the device.
- If the remedies above do not solve the problem, reset the device.
