The sound picked up is distorted.
- The INPUT switch is in the wrong position. Set it to the position that corresponds to the sound source and connections.
- Adjust the recording level to an appropriate range.
- The sound source is too loud when recording with an external microphone. Set the MIC ATT switch to the “20” position, or move the microphone away from the sound source.

Enable “LIMITER” in the Settings menu.
