Configuring an SSL/TLS Certificate

An SSL/TLS certificate issued by a certificate authority (CA) is required to use PWA-RX1. Specify the SSL/TLS certificate obtained from a certificate authority on the Connection Control Manager PC using the following procedure.

  1. Place the Private Key, Certificate File, and Cert Chain (intermediate CA certificates) PEM files for the SSL/TLS certificate in any location on a PC on which PWA-RX1 is installed.
  2. Select [CCM Initialization Tool] from the Start menu.
  3. Click the [Open] button and select the path where the Private Key, Certificate File, and Cert Chain (intermediate CA certificates) files were placed.
  4. Click the [Set] button.
  5. Reboot the PC.

  • A certificate must also be configured on the camcorders that will connect with Connection Control Manager. For details, refer to the operating instructions and System Integration Guide for the camcorder.
