Enjoying sound from a guitar
You can listen to sound from your guitar by connecting it to the MIC/GUITAR jack (Φ 6.3 mm) on the speaker.
- Turn the MIC and GUITAR level knob toward MIN to turn down the guitar volume.
- Connect the guitar to the MIC/GUITAR jack with an instrument cable for guitar wiring (commercially available).
- Press the GUITAR button behind the cap on the rear side of the speaker.
The GUITAR indicator lights in white.
- Adjust the guitar volume while playing the guitar.
The guitar sound is output from the speaker.
To bring the speaker out of guitar mode
Press the GUITAR button once again.

Before disconnecting the guitar from the speaker, turn the MIC and GUITAR level knob toward “MIN” to turn down the guitar volume.

While a microphone or a guitar is connected to the speaker, the Auto Standby function is turned off.

Do not use the MIC/GUITAR jack in places where the speaker is likely to have water splashed on it. The supplied AC power cord (mains lead) as well as the jacks and port (AC IN, USB, AUDIO IN, MIC) behind the cap are not designed for waterproof and dustproof.
