Unable to turn on the speaker or the speaker suddenly turns off

  • The rechargeable built-in battery may be empty or running low. Connect the speaker to an AC outlet with the supplied AC power cord (mains lead) for battery charging.

  • The Auto Standby function may have been activated. Deactivate the Auto Standby function.

  • Bringing the microphone close to the speaker may cause acoustic feedback. When this happens, depending on the sound volume of the speaker, the speaker may turn off due to the product protection feature. In that case, disconnect the AC power cord (mains lead), wait for a while, and then turn on the speaker again.
