Controlling the unit with another smartphone

Only one smartphone can be connected to one unit.

If you changed your smartphone model or if you wanted to use one REON POCKET unit with two or more smartphones, take the following steps to delete the information of the connected smartphone from the unit so that another smartphone can connect to the unit.

  1. Press and hold the button on the unit for about 15 seconds to reset the unit.
    The information of the connected smartphone is deleted from the unit.
  2. Launch the “REON POCKET” app on another smartphone to connect to the unit.
