When the unit cannot be operated or charged
When you cannot operate or charge the unit, or if an abnormality occurs, reset the unit. It may solve the problem.
To reset the unit, press and hold the button on the unit for about 15 seconds.
When the reset is complete, the “REON POCKET” app becomes the connection screen. If the LED on the unit is not blinking in blue, press the button on the unit to connect.
Hint
- Even if you reset the unit, the setting information for MY MODE, QUICK LAUNCH, SMART COOL MODE, SMART WARM MODE, and SMART COOL ⇔ WARM MODE remains.
