Unable to connect to an online music distribution service

  • Make sure that your Wi-Fi router (access point) is on.

  • If you are connected to Wi-Fi network, place the speaker near the Wi-Fi router (access point), and then redo the settings.

  • If the contract with your internet provider limits you to connecting only 1 device at a time to the internet, the speaker will not be able to connect to the internet if another device is already connected. Contact your telecommunications carrier or your internet provider.

  • If you have turned off your smartphone, or similar device, waited for a while, and then turned it back on, once again start the “Sony | Music Center” app.

  • Make sure that a compatible music app is installed on your smartphone or similar device.

  • Be sure to use the latest version of your compatible music app.
