Unable to connect to an online music distribution service

Make sure that your Wi-Fi router (access point) is on.

If you are connected to Wi-Fi network, place the speaker near the Wi-Fi router (access point), and then redo the settings.

If the contract with your internet provider limits you to connecting only 1 device at a time to the internet, the speaker will not be able to connect to the internet if another device is already connected. Contact your telecommunications carrier or your internet provider.

If you have turned off your smartphone, or similar device, waited for a while, and then turned it back on, once again start the “Sony | Music Center” app.

Make sure that a compatible music app is installed on your smartphone or similar device.

Be sure to use the latest version of your compatible music app.
