Unable to charge the speaker

Make sure that the supplied AC adaptor* is connected securely to the speaker. Then, make sure that the AC adaptor is connected securely to an AC outlet.

When a commercially available USB AC adaptor is in use, make sure that the supplied USB cable* is connected securely to the speaker and the USB AC adaptor. Then, make sure that the USB AC adaptor is connected securely to an AC outlet.
* The type and the number of supplied accessories differ depending on your countries/regions.

Charge the speaker in an ambient temperature between 5 °C and 35 °C (41 °F and 95 °F). Be aware that the room temperature may fall to 5 °C (41 °F) or lower depending on the season, for example, especially in wintertime.
