The following messages may appear or flash during operation.
INVALID: The selected operation could be invalid.
OUTPUT ERROR: There may be an internal malfunction.
- Check the connection. If the error message still remains on in the display, consult your nearest Sony dealer.
READ: Now reading information.
- Wait until reading is complete and playback starts automatically. This may take some time depending on the file organization.
TEMP CAUTION: The thermal protector is activated.
- Reduce the volume.
(underscore): The character cannot be displayed.
