Performing Initial Setup with the “Sony | BRAVIA Connect” App

To set up the speaker system, use the “Sony | BRAVIA Connect” app.

  1. Check that the bar speaker is connected to the TV and that the bar speaker and subwoofer are connected to the power source.
  2. Download and install the “Sony | BRAVIA Connect” app on your smartphone.



  3. Open the app and follow the instructions on the screen to complete the setup.

    After the bar speaker is turned on, it is automatically connected to the subwoofer and the power indicator on the subwoofer lights up in white.

    If the subwoofer is not connected to the bar speaker, the power indicator on the subwoofer lights up in red. Connect the subwoofer to the bar speaker by seeing “If the Bar Speaker and Subwoofer Are Not Connected Correctly.”
