Troubleshooting

If you have any problems, please follow the process below.

1. Check that the other devices connected to the speaker system and TV are connected to the correct jacks with the correct cables, and that they are firmly inserted all the way to the back.

2. Check that the ventilation holes on the rear of the speaker system are not blocked.

3. Disconnect the AC power cord (mains lead) from the wall outlet (main) to turn off, and then wait several minutes before reconnecting it.

4. Check for applicable problems and solutions by using one of the following methods.
  • Select Help from the menu on the “Sony | BRAVIA Connect” app for support information.
  • On the support page, select the model name of the speaker system and check the support information.

5. Reset the speaker system.

All the speaker system settings are returned to their initial state.

6. If the speaker system still does not work properly, consult Sony support contact or your nearest Sony dealer.
