The unit cannot be found from an iPhone/iPad/iPod touch or iTunes.
- Make sure the unit and the iPhone/iPad/iPod touch or computer with iTunes is connected to the same network.
- Update the software of the unit and the iPhone/iPad/iPod touch or iTunes to the latest version.
