Initializing the unit

If you cannot control the unit properly with the “REON POCKET” app, try to initialize the unit.

Note

  • The initializing deletes the setting information from the unit as follows:
    • Device registration information of the connected smartphone
    • Cooling/warming settings
    • The saved [Preference of temperature] settings for the SMART COOL mode, the SMART WARM mode, and the SMART COOL ⇔ WARM mode
    • The saved [Switching Temperatures] settings for the SMART COOL ⇔ WARM mode
  1. On the “REON POCKET” app screen, tap (Settings icon) － [Initialize Device].
  2. Tap [OK].

    The unit is initialized. After initialization, the “REON POCKET” app screen becomes the connection screen. After turning the unit on, press and hold the SMART button on the unit for about 2 seconds to start the connection.
