Using the unit by holding it in your hand
You can use the unit by holding it and putting the cooling/warming section to your skin.
To detach the neckband from the unit
Remove the neckband straight out while pressing and holding down the release button (c).
To attach the neckband, push it into the unit until it fits firmly.
When carrying the unit
When carrying the unit in a bag, it is recommended to put the unit in a small pouch to prevent sharp objects such as a key from scratching the cooling/warming section.
Note
- Do not operate the button of the unit with wet hands.
