When the unit cannot be operated or charged

When you cannot operate or charge the unit, or if an abnormality occurs, reset the unit. It may solve the problem.

To reset the unit, press and hold the MODE button and the SMART button on the unit simultaneously for about 10 seconds.

When the reset is complete, the “REON POCKET” app becomes the connection screen.

Hint

  • Even if you reset the unit, the following information will remain.
    • Settings for the SMART COOL mode, the SMART WARM mode, and the SMART COOL ⇔ WARM mode
    • The smartphone registered to the unit
