Restarting the speaker

When you have an issue such as the following, restart the speaker. To restart the speaker, disconnect the supplied AC power cord (mains lead) from the AC outlet, then plug in the AC power cord (mains lead) again.

  • You cannot operate the speaker after the speaker turns on.

  • You cannot operate the speaker after you troubleshoot pairing issues.

Note

  • The pairing information of the speaker is retained even after the speaker is restarted. However, the pairing information is stored on the speaker when the speaker turns off. After pairing the speaker with a new device, turn off the speaker and turn it back on, and then restart the speaker.

  • Restarting the speaker may change its volume, function, or sound settings.
