When you find the speaker not working properly:
Unplug the AC adaptor from your wireless speaker and plug it back again.
If this does not solve the issue, try initializing the speaker.
Press and hold the
(microphone off) button until all four of the status LEDs light and flash in orange.
Initializing the speaker clears the following:

Wi-Fi settings
-
Bluetooth history
-
Google private data
-
Volume setting
-
Microphone off setting
-
Clock setting
The Auto Volume Control function is also deactivated.
