Sound becomes low while in use

  • The sound may become low in the following cases. This is not a malfunction.

    • To protect internal circuitry, this speaker is designed to reduce the maximum volume as the built-in rechargeable battery's power decreases.

    • When the built-in battery is running low due to long-term use at a loud volume even though the speaker was connected to the supplied AC adaptor.

  • If the sound becomes low while in use, follow the procedure below.

    1. Turn off the speaker.

    2. Charge the built-in battery sufficiently.
