Cleaning

  • The case and band come into direct contact with the skin in the same manner as undergarments. Corrosion of the metal or unnoticed soiling such as that caused by perspiration and dirt can soil sleeves and other portions of clothing. Keep your watch clean at all times.
  • Be sure to disconnect the micro USB cable before cleaning.
  • Clean dust from the plugs of the micro USB cable.
  • Periodically clean the charging terminals with dry cotton swabs, etc. Soiled terminals may cause a poor connection and result in powering off or an insufficient charge. Be careful not to damage the terminals when cleaning.

  • Clean the watch and the charging cradle with a soft dry cloth (such as the type used for eyeglasses). For dirt that cannot be wiped off with a dry cloth, wipe using a wet cloth that has been sufficiently wrung of its moisture. Cleaning with water or wiping with a wet dustcloth may cause a malfunction. Also, wiping the watch and the charging cradle using alcohol, thinner, benzene, detergent, etc. may cause discoloration.
  • Remove dust and dirt between the button and the case with a soft brush, etc.
