Listening to music of an external audio device, etc.
You can listen to music of an external audio device by connecting the device to the system with an audio cable (not supplied).

Connect an external audio device and the AUDIO/PARTY CHAIN IN L/R jacks on the system with an audio cable.

Press FUNCTION/PAIRING repeatedly until the AUDIO IN indicator on the system lights up.
- Turn on the connected device, and start playback.
- Adjust the volume.
Adjust the volume on the system first. If the volume level is still too low, adjust the volume level of the connected device.

If the BLUETOOTH connection is active between the system and a mobile phone (smartphone/iPhone) via HFP/HSP, you can use the hands-free function while listening to music of the connected external audio device.

If the system satisfies the following conditions for about 15 minutes, it turns off automatically and the BLUETOOTH connection is terminated.
- No operation on the system.
- No music (sound) is played on the connected external audio device or the music (sound) of the connected external audio device is too small.
- No BLUETOOTH device is connected to the speaker via HFP/HSP.

When playing music on the connected external audio device, you cannot use (play/pause) and /(previous/next) on the system to perform operations such as pause, skip to the beginning of the next track, and skip to the beginning of the current track.
