What can I do to solve a problem?

Before asking for repair, check the following items again.


  • Remove the USB type-C cable from the USB port of your computer and then insert it again.
  • Restart the computer.
    You may be able to resolve some issues by restarting the computer.
  • Initializing the keyboard to restore factory settings
    Profile settings, etc. are restored to factory defaults.
  • Look up information concerning the issue on the customer support website.
