The illumination does not turn on.

  • When ULTRA LOW LATENCY MODE is set to on, the illumination will not turn on.
    Press the Esc key while holding down the Fn key, or set ULTRA LOW LATENCY MODE to off from the system settings screen on “INZONE Hub”.
  • The brightness setting for the lighting settings may be dimmed.
    Press the upward key while holding down the Fn key, or increase the brightness from the lighting settings screen on “INZONE Hub”.
  • Check the lighting settings on “INZONE Hub” and ensure the mode is set to something other than off.
