The keycap came off.
- If the keycap comes off and cannot be installed properly, do not force it in and consult the Sony support contact or your nearest Sony dealer.

- If the following conditions are determined to be applicable as a result of the inspection upon receipt of the keyboard, the keyboard may be repaired for a fee. Please understand this in advance.
- If you cannot successfully install the keycap by yourself
- If you damage or deform any part when installing the keycap by yourself
- If the keyboard or keycap components are damaged or deformed
- If the keyboard or keycap components are lost
