The keyboard operation is unstable.
- Be sure to use the supplied USB Type-C cable.
- Disconnect the USB Type-C cable from a USB port on a computer, wait a few seconds, and then reconnect it.
- Disconnect the USB Type-C cable and keyboard, wait a few seconds, and then reconnect it.
- Try connecting to a different USB port if the computer has another USB port.
- Connect the keyboard directly to a computer and not via a USB hub.
- A foreign object in the key gaps may cause the key to remain pressed when that key is pressed. Check for objects in the gaps between the keys that have been left pressed.
If there is a foreign object, remove it carefully. - If an OS other than the supported OS is used, use the supported OS.
Some software may not be compatible depending on the software used. - When playing games on a computer, this issue can be improved by closing unnecessary applications or windows, or restarting a computer.
