Unable to connect to a computer.

  • Be sure to use the supplied USB Type-C cable.
  • Check that the USB Type-C cable is inserted as firmly as needed.
  • Connect the USB Type-C cable directly to a computer and not via a USB hub.
  • Disconnect the USB Type-C cable from a USB port on the computer and reconnect it to another USB port.
  • Restart the computer and reconnect the USB Type-C cable.
  • If the operations above do not work, try the following.
    1. Turn off the computer.
    2. Disconnect the USB Type-C cable and reconnect it.
    3. Turn on the computer.
  • Initialize the keyboard.
