Unable to connect to a computer.
- Be sure to use the supplied USB Type-C cable.
- Check that the USB Type-C cable is inserted as firmly as needed.
- Connect the USB Type-C cable directly to a computer and not via a USB hub.
- Disconnect the USB Type-C cable from a USB port on the computer and reconnect it to another USB port.
- Restart the computer and reconnect the USB Type-C cable.
- If the operations above do not work, try the following.
- Turn off the computer.
- Disconnect the USB Type-C cable and reconnect it.
- Turn on the computer.
- Initialize the keyboard.
