Power supply
- The power does not turn on.
- Power is turned on but PCS does not respond to any operations from PCS Manager.
- I spilled water on PCS.
- The power turns off automatically.
- I pressed the power button on PCS, but the power does not turn off.
- It takes a long time to start up PCS.
- The auto power off function does not work.
- The power has been turned off although PCS Manager is still running.

- I touched the N mark of the smartphone against the N mark of PCS, but no operations start.
- PCS Manager starts, but One-touch backup does not start when touching the N mark of the smartphone against the N mark of PCS.
System software update
- The illumination LED blinked red during the system software update.
- An error message appeared in PCS Manager during the system software update.

Displaying images
- When selecting images to be copied from another device to PCS, desired images are not displayed on the PCS Manager screen.
- Images stored in PCS are not displayed on the PCS Manager screen.
- While performing a slideshow on a TV connected to PCS via HDMI cable, only the first image is displayed on the screen of PCS Manager.
- Images cannot be displayed on a TV connected via HDMI cable.
- When I’m viewing a slideshow as an HDMI output, the background music sometimes stops.
- A video does not play back smoothly and jumps.
- When I tap the HDMI output control icon, the icon of PCS appears on the TV screen but no images are displayed.
- Some video files do not produce sound when they are played on a smartphone/tablet.
Saving and deleting images
- Images cannot be copied from an external device to PCS.
- Images cannot be copied from PCS to an external device.
- Images stored in an external device cannot be deleted.
- Images have been deleted by mistake.
- Are there any characters that cannot be used for file names to save images in PCS?
- I cannot copy iPhone/iPad/iPod touch screenshots to PCS.
- If I cancel copying photos to PCS by tapping [Cancel], a message appears saying that some items were skipped because they were already copied, and shows the number of photos copied and skipped respectively. However, skipped photos were in fact not copied before.
- If PCS Manager is closed while copying images from the smartphone to PCS, the copy will stop.
- Some images cannot be copied to the iPhone/iPad/iPod touch Camera Roll.
- I want to copy an M2TS file only, but PCS won’t let me do so.
- I cannot copy files from my smartphone/tablet to PCS.
- A movie that exceeds a resolution of 1920x1080 cannot be stored on PCS.
- When I copy images to PCS from a memory card or USB hard drive, the transfer amount indicated by the progress bar is larger than the actual size.
