About the indicators

ON/STANDBY (power) indicator

When using the rechargeable battery

Lights up (white)
The battery has sufficient power remaining.
Flashes slowly (red)
The built-in battery is running low and needs to be charged.
Flashes quickly (red)
The battery is empty. A sound* will indicate that the battery is empty, and the power will soon turn off.
Turns off
The speaker is off.

When connected to the AC adaptor

Lights up (orange)
The speaker is on and is being charged.
Lights up (white)
The speaker is on and has finished charging.
Lights up (red)
The speaker is off and is being charged.
Turns off
The speaker is off and has finished charging.

Other

Flashes slowly (white)
The speaker is starting up. Do not operate the speaker until the indicator has stopped flashing. Wait until it changes to a steady light.
In the following situations, the indicator may flash.
  • When connecting to an AC outlet for the first time after purchase
  • When connecting the AC adaptor to the DC IN 19.5 V jack of the speaker after the battery ran out
  • When the speaker is recovered after entering protect mode
Flashes quickly (red)
The speaker has entered protect mode.

BLUETOOTH indicator

When connecting to a BLUETOOTH device

Flashes quickly (white)
The speaker has entered pairing mode. Perform the pairing procedure on the BLUETOOTH device.
Flashes slowly (white)
The speaker is automatically starting to connect to the BLUETOOTH device that was last connected.
Lights up (white)
The speaker is connected to the BLUETOOTH device. The indicator will automatically turn off after a short while.

When using the Speaker Add function

Flashes quickly (orange)
The speaker is starting to set up the Speaker Add function.
Flashes slowly (orange)
  • The speaker is automatically starting to connect to the LSPX-S1 that was last connected.
  • The speaker is starting to be set as the master unit.
Lights up (orange)
In the following situations, the indicator will light up. It will automatically turn off after a short while.
  • When using double mode
  • When using stereo mode (left (L) channel)
Lights up (red)
When using stereo mode (right (R) channel)

The indicator will automatically turn off after a short while.
