Unable to turn on the speaker or charge the built-in battery
- Make sure that the built-in battery is charged.
- Make sure the power cord (mains lead) is firmly connected to the AC adaptor.
- Make sure the AC adaptor and power cord (mains lead) are firmly connected to the speaker and the AC outlet.
