If NYSNO-10 does not function as expected, try the following steps to resolve the issue.
- Find the symptoms of the issue in this Help Guide, and try any corrective actions listed.
- Connect the main unit to a computer to charge the battery.
You may be able to resolve some issues by charging the battery. - Reset the main unit and remote control.
- Initialize the main unit.
This operation resets volume settings, etc., and deletes all pairing information. - Search to visit the Company support site:
