The remote control does not operate properly.
- Check the main unit is turned on.
- Reset the main unit and remote control.
- If a device using 2.4 GHz frequency, such as a Wi-Fi device, other BLUETOOTH audio device or microwave oven, is in use near this main unit and remote control, BLUTOOTH communications may be disabled. Use the main unit and remote control away from the above devices.
- If there is an obstacle, such as metal, human body or wall, between the main unit and remote control, BLUETOOTH communication may be disabled. Remove the obstacle before using the main unit and remote control.
- If the operation lamp on the remote control flashes in blue, the main unit and remote control are not connected. When they are connected, the flashing stops, and then the remote control can be used.
- If the operation lamp on the remote control flashes in red, the battery level is getting low. Visit the Company support site for replace the battery: https://www.sony.net/Products/NYSNO/support/
- If you reset the remote control, operate the device registration (pairing) between the main unit and remote control.

(Power, Answer, Play/Pause) button of the main unit for more than 7 seconds until you hear voice guidance indicating the BLUETOOTH pairing.
The (Power) lamp of the main unit flashes in red and blue alternately.
When the device registration (pairing) is completed, flashing the operation lamp on the remote control is turned off, and the (Power) lamp of the main unit flashes in blue. - If you have lost the remote control and have purchased a new remote control, reset the new remote control, and then operate the device registration (pairing) between the main unit and remote control.
1. Turn off the main unit.
2. Reset the remote control.
3. Press any button on the remote control.
The operation lamp on the remote control flashes in blue and red alternately.
4. Operate the device registration (pairing ) between the main unit and remote control.
When the device registration (pairing) is completed, flashing the operation lamp on the remote control is turned off, and the (Power) lamp of the main unit flashes in blue.
