No voice from callers

  • Check that the device registration (pairing) between the main unit and smartphone, etc. is completed, and that they are connected with BLUETOOTH correctly. If necessary, make the device registration (pairing) again.
  • Check that the microphone is securely connected to the (microphone) jack of the main unit. If not, insert the microphone plug until click sounds.
  • If the (microphone) jack is dirty, clean it with a dry cloth.
  • If the volume is low, turn up the volume. If necessary, turn up the volume on the smartphone, etc.
