Charging cannot be done.

  • Check that the micro-USB cable is connected to the main unit and computer firmly.
  • If the (Power) lamp (red) on the main unit does not light up even when connecting the micro-USB cable to the main unit, disconnect the micro-USB cable, and then connect it again.
  • Charge the battery in an environment of 5 °C to 35 °C (41 °F to 95 °F).
  • Check the followings to charge the battery with a computer.
    • Check that the computer is turned on and is not in the power saving mode (standby, sleep or paused condition).
    • Check that the main unit and the computer are directly connected, not via a USB hub.
    • A problem may have occurred with the connected USB port of the computer. Connect to another USB port if it is available.
  • If none of the above is applicable, reset the main unit, and then reconnect the micro-USB cable.
  • It depends on the environment, but if the main unit is not used for one year or longer, the rechargeable battery may have deteriorated. In this case, visit the Company support site:
