User Devices That Support the External Control Function
The specifications required for using the external control function on user devices vary depending on the operating system (OS).
Note
- The following information relates to versions 1.4.0 and 1.4.1. If using version 1.4.2 and later, check the release notes provided with the version you are using.
- The following operating systems and web browsers are supported for versions 1.4.0 and 1.4.1. For version 1.4.2 and later, the operating systems and web browsers described in the release notes are supported. Other operating systems and web browsers are not supported.
- The iOS version of Safari has a function to zoom the display by double-tapping, but do not use this function when accessing Vision Exchange. If the display is zoomed in unintentionally, select the address bar of Safari and press the Enter key to reset the display.
