Operations that can be performed on a speaker with “Sony | Music Center”

  • Setting up the Party Connect function

  • Setting up the Stereo Pair function, swapping the right (right side) and left (left side) audio channels

  • Sound quality setting and equalizer adjustment

  • Viewing the remaining battery power of the speaker's built-in rechargeable battery, the remaining battery charging time, and the remaining time available for playback

  • Power Option settings (STAMINA, Battery Care mode, the Auto Standby function, the Bluetooth Standby function, Battery Level (Voice), and Power On/Off Sound)

  • Lighting (Illumination) setting (switching the Lighting Mode)

  • Switching of the audio source among the device connected via BLUETOOTH connection, the device connected to the OPTICAL IN connector, the device connected to the AUDIO IN jack, and the device connected to the USB port for playback

  • Activating/deactivating the TV Sound Booster function

  • Adjusting synchronization with the TV audio

  • Switching Bluetooth Connection Quality (Priority on Sound Quality/Priority on Stable Connection)

  • What you can control with “Sony | Music Center” varies depending on the connected device. The specifications and design of the app may change without notice.

  • For Apple iOS devices, the speaker is compatible with iOS 10.0 or later. A BLUETOOTH connection is not available on the devices with iOS 9.x or earlier.

  • Be sure to use the latest version of “Sony | Music Center.” If you cannot connect the speaker and a BLUETOOTH device via a BLUETOOTH connection, or if there is a problem such as no sound being emitted, uninstall “Sony | Music Center” and try to connect via the BLUETOOTH connection again.
