Cnt Shoot Speed Boost
You can temporarily perform continuous shooting at a specified speed. By quickly changing the continuous shooting speed according to the situation, you can shoot only decisive moments in high-speed continuous shooting and reduce the number of shots in other scenes.

(Setup) → [Operation Customize] → [
Custom Key/Dial Set.] → Assign [Cnt Sht Spd Bst w/ Hold] or [Cnt Sht Spd Bst Toggle] to the desired key and set the continuous shooting speed when using [Cnt Shoot Speed Boost].- You can also set the continuous shooting speed in MENU →
(Shooting) → [Drive Mode] → [Cnt Sht Spd Bst Settings].

Press the key to which you have assigned [Cnt Sht Spd Bst w/ Hold] or [Cnt Sht Spd Bst Toggle], and then shoot the picture.

Hint
- [Cnt Shoot Speed Boost] can also be used while the shutter button is pressed halfway down or during continuous shooting.
- When shooting using [Cnt Shoot Speed Boost], the electronic shutter is used.
- If you use [Cnt Shoot Speed Boost] during continuous shooting, the playback group will be divided before and after the continuous shooting speed boost.
- In [Reg. Custom Shoot Set], you can register [Cnt Shoot Speed Boost] instead of the drive mode. In this case, the continuous shooting speed can be set separately from [Cnt Sht Spd Bst Settings].
- By using [Reg. Custom Shoot Set], you can change other shooting settings and execute [Cnt Shoot Speed Boost] at the same time.
