To prevent burning or malfunction due to getting wet

On waterproof performance of the mouse

The mouse is not water resistant. If water or foreign matter enters the mouse, this can result in burnout or malfunction.

Avoid situations such as the following and be careful not to expose the mouse to moisture or dirt.

  • Touching the mouse without drying wet hands after doing housework in the kitchen or washing hands in the washroom.

  • Touching the mouse with sweaty hands or using the mouse in situations where the mouse may get soaked in sweat.

  • Spilling a drink while eating or drinking.

If the mouse gets wet or water enters the mouse

If a wet mouse is charged or turned on, this can result in burnout or malfunction.
If water is splashed on it, take the following measures.

  1. Turn off the mouse immediately.

  2. If the USB Type-C cable is connected, disconnect the USB Type-C cable.

  3. Turn over the mouse to remove the water inside.

  4. Put a dry cloth, etc. under the USB Type-C port until no more water comes out from the inside.

  5. Wipe the entire mouse with a cloth, etc.

  6. Leave the mouse on a soft cloth, etc. in an airy, shady place until it is completely dry.
