Unable to connect to a computer.

  • Be sure to use the supplied USB Type-C cable.
  • Check that the mouse and computer are turned on.
  • Check that the USB Type-C cable connected to each device is inserted as firmly as needed.
  • Connect the wireless dongle directly to a computer and not via a USB hub.
  • Remove the wireless dongle from the USB port and then insert it into another USB port on a computer.
  • Restart the computer and reconnect the USB Type-C cable connected to each device.
  • If the operations above do not work, try the following.
    1. Turn off the computer.
    2. Disconnect the USB Type-C cable connected to each device and reconnect it.
    3. Turn on the computer.
  • Reset the mouse.
  • Initialize the mouse.
