Unable to connect to a computer.
- Be sure to use the supplied USB Type-C cable.
- Check that the mouse and computer are turned on.
- Check that the USB Type-C cable connected to each device is inserted as firmly as needed.
- Connect the wireless dongle directly to a computer and not via a USB hub.
- Remove the wireless dongle from the USB port and then insert it into another USB port on a computer.
- Restart the computer and reconnect the USB Type-C cable connected to each device.
- If the operations above do not work, try the following.
- Turn off the computer.
- Disconnect the USB Type-C cable connected to each device and reconnect it.
- Turn on the computer.
- Reset the mouse.
- Initialize the mouse.
