What can I do to solve a problem?

Before asking for repair, check the following items again.


  • Remove the wireless dongle from the USB port on a computer and reconnect it to another USB port.
  • Restart the computer.
    You may be able to resolve some issues by restarting the computer.
  • Reset the mouse.
  • Initialize the mouse to restore factory settings.
    Profile settings, etc. are restored to factory defaults.
  • Look up information concerning the issue on the customer support website.
