What can I do to solve a problem?
Before asking for repair, check the following items again.
- Remove the wireless dongle from the USB port on a computer and reconnect it to another USB port.
- Restart the computer.
You may be able to resolve some issues by restarting the computer. - Reset the mouse.
- Initialize the mouse to restore factory settings.
Profile settings, etc. are restored to factory defaults. - Look up information concerning the issue on the customer support website.
If the problem persists, consult Sony support contact or your nearest Sony dealer.
