Unable to turn on the wireless microphone or the wireless microphone suddenly turns off

  • Insert the batteries with the + and – facing the correct way.

  • Batteries are depleted. Replace the batteries with 2 new ones.

  • The wireless microphone automatically turns off when it is left unused for 5 minutes. This function cannot be disabled.
